LIVELIHOOD MANAGER FOR HOPE TRAINING CENTRE, CAMBODIA
Responsibilities:
- Based in Prey Veng, Cambodia.
- 2 to 4 years contract.
- Start and manage Income Generating Projects (IGP) such as manufacturing low cost soap, making polymer clay jewellery etc.
- A diploma/ degree in business/ accounting would be an advantage.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in starting and running a small business successfully.
- Required to learn the Khmer language to communicate with local staff.
Requirements:
- Independent, hands-on with Can Do attitude with ability to solve problems relating to design, production and marketing.
- An all rounder who can handle inventory, finance, recruitment, training, production, quality control and marketing.
- Have a flair for small business and excited about business opportunities.
- Able to come up with Business Plan and execute what he has planned.
- Good at multitasking , high energy person.

MANAGER TO RUN A TRAINING & LIVELIHOOD CENTRE IN LAOS
We intend to register an NGO to construct and operate a Training and Livelihood Centre in Laos.
- The centre will provide school leavers from remote provinces with jobs so that they can start to earn an income.
- At the same time, they will be learning English and other marketable skills.
- This Centre would be a budget Guest House, Restaurant and Tour Agency all combined.
- We expect the centre to be ready in 1 to 2 years time.
- Managers however can start earlier to supervise the construction and do the fit-outs and interior decorations.
