FINANCE/ ADMIN MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Have accounting background

• Experienced in financial control

• Conduct audit for overseas operations

• Ensure database and important information are properly updated and back-up.

• Assist Senior Manager in financial control locally and overseas.

OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of our overseas projects in Cambodia, Nepal, Thailand  etc

• Operations include programs for children, building and vehicle maintenance, infrastructure construction and repairs etc

• Ensure funds are properly used. Conduct on-site audits to verify expenses

•  Ensure SOPs are being followed

•  Training of Cambodians, Nepali and Thai staff to follow procedures

• Ensure programs are properly run eg computer , English , music classes

• Have to travel at least once or even twice a month to oversee operations

• Good management skills  to work through and with local staff

FUND RAISING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Create, generate and execute fund raising events.

• Provide regular feedback and organise events for donors and sponsors.

• Give talks and presentations to potential donors.

• Prior fundraising experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteer visits and donations to overseas centres.

• Organise boothsales in Singapore.

• Give talks and presentations to schools, church and volunteer teams.
