After operations of more than 2 years,
Hope Village has 105 children
and 14 Khmer Staff. Volunteers are needed to teach English, music, and craft skills such as crochet, knitting, folk art and polymer clay.

Solar Oven

14 prototype solar ovens were made by Temasek Polytechnic. We will use these solar ovens to determine whether the villagers will accept this new method of cooking. Up to 1 kg of raw rice can be cooked in 1.5 - 3 hours. The solar oven uses heat from the sun. Otherwise, firewood is used for cooking.

Science Camp

Science Camp are practical experiments that illustrates a science principle. Conducted over 4 hours, the experiments are fun, interesting and innovative. These camps are conducted 2 to 4 times a month by OHF's local staff.
