II. Fund Raising Executive
Responsibilities:

fund raising events for OHF

facilities via booth sales or export

III. Accountant Cum Administrator
Responsibilities:

Have an accounting background
and experience in financial control

Prepare budget and track expenses

Conduct internal financial audit
for our overseas operations

Responsible for Administration
locally and overseas

Ensure statutory obligations locally
and overseas are met
IV. Livelihood Program Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Start Income Generating Projects (IGP) overseas.
- IGP are micro businesses such as making polymer
clay jewelry, low-cost soap, zip bags and other
craft items.
- Identify viable IGP opportunities and find resources
such as the skills, tools,
materials and markets to implement the IGPs.
- Based in Singapore but must be prepared to travel
extensively.
- Able to look at total business from marketing,
product development to
production and quality control
- Work with our managers who are based overseas
- Entrepreneurial flair for small businesses.
- Able to multitask and handle a wide range of
- Able to handle every aspects of a business from
HR, administration, marketing to production and
quality control.
- Able to manage and coach people, delegate effectively
and are results-oriented.
- Good problem solving ability to overcome the many
hurdles a business face

- Good business sense with a good nose to find opportunities
- Frequent travel and at times prolonged stay overseas.
V. Livelihood Manager – Hope Training
Centre
Responsibilities:
- Based in Prey Veng, Cambodia
- 2 to 4 years contract
- Start and manage Income Generating Projects (IGP)
such as manufacturing low cost soap, making polymer
clay jewelry etc.
- A diploma/ degree in business/ accounting would
be an advantage.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience
in starting and running a small business successfully.
- Required to learn the Khmer language to communicate
with local staff.
- Independent, hands-on with Can Do attitude with
ability to solve problems relating to design, production
and marketing.
- An all rounder who can handle inventory, finance,
recruitment, training, production, quality control
and marketing.
- Have a flair for small business and excited about
business opportunities
- Able to come up with Business Plan and execute
what he has planned.
- Good at multitasking , high energy person.
VI. Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
- Financial Tracking and Checks to ensure funds are
properly used.
- Monitoring the performance of our overseas Field
Managers
- Implement and Set up policies and procedures
- Implementation of Projects and Programs
- Ensure we meet the laws of the countries (submitting reports, renewal of MOUs, etc)
- Mentoring the Field Managers
- Build up and stregnthen organisation
VII. Manager. Hope Village Prey Veng, Cambodia
Responsibilities:
- Based in Prey Veng, Cambodia
- 2 to 4 year contract
- Preferably a couple

Experience in management and able to provide leadership
to the organisation

Exposure to developing countries would be an advantage
VIII. Program Manager and Operations
Manager to run proposed orphanage in Mongolia
We intend to register an NGO, construct
and operate a 120 children orphanage in Mongolia.
It will take at least a year to complete
the NGO registration and building works.
We are looking for two managers ready
to run the orphanage once construction is completed.
The two managers can spend 6 months
to a year at Hope Village Prey Veng, Cambodia to
learn and understudy the current system.
This will be a 2 to 4 years contract.
IX. Managers to run a Training
and Livelihood Centre in Laos.
We intend to register an NGO to construct
and operate a Training and Livelihood Centre in
Laos.
The centre will provide school leavers
from remote provinces with jobs so that they can
start to earn an income.
At the same time, they will be learning
English and other marketable skills.
This Centre would be a budget Guest
House, Restaurant and Tour Agency all combined.
We expect the centre to be ready in
1 to 2 years time.
Managers however can start earlier
to supervise the construction and do the fit-outs
and interior decorations.
