Our Board Members

Robert Kee
Founder of OHF, he graduated from University of Auckland with a B.E (Hons). He has a Master of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has started several companies in the fields of computer networking and electronics. Robert started his philantrophy work in 1995 and have been to Cambodia over a hundred times. He has initiated projects in Nepal and Philippines as well. Married with three children, he worships at Queenstown Lutheran Church.

Ling Swee Chan
Together with Robert, Swee Chan graduated from the University of Auckland. Both of them are Colombo Plan scholars. He is a valuer by profession and runs his own property consultancy company, Ling Property Consultants Pte Ltd. Married with two children, he worships at Bedok Methodist Church.

Chew Fook Tim
He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biological Sciences, National University of Singapore. He has a B.Sc (Hons) from Putra University of Malaysia and a Ph.D in Allergy and Immunology from the National University of Singapore. He received the Tan Kah Kee Young Inventors Award, Singapore Youth Award and Faculty Teaching Excellence Award in 2004 and was on the Faculty Teaching Excellence Honours list in 2006/7.

Johnny Chee
He is the Principal Lecturer in the Biological Engineering Department, School of Engineering, Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He graduated with a B.E (Electrical) from the National University of Singapore .

Joshua Choo
He is the General Manager of Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant. He has many years of experience in the restaurant industry and was the first restaurant manager for McDonald in 1978. He is married with two daughters.
