Micro-venture Capital Fund

WHAT IS A MICRO-VENTURE CAPITAL FUND?

  1. HVPV children group together to start a small business and we provide capital, training and supervision and take a 49% equity in the venture

  2. Children if over 21 years old will register as a local company with OHF representative owning 49% share of the local company

  3. After we have seen that the children are able to manage the business and are self supporting, they will buy out OHF shares.
